SPOPOS is being developed in a partnership between a number of different companies and researchers.

All the partners involved in the project are members of a so-called Innovation Consortium, which is given financial support by the Danish Research and Innovation Agency under the Danish Ministry for Knowledge, Technology and Development.

The project has a budget of 2 * DKK 6.5 million.

The project period runs from 1st July 2006 – 30th June 2009.
